中文摘要： 企业家是推动技术创新、产业升级和制度变迁最重要的行为主体，其行为直接影响区域的经济增长和发展，企业家集群形成机制深刻影响了区域经济增长模式的选择和演变。拥有异质性人力资本的企业家群体是重要的生产力载体，温州、东莞等先发地区目前转型升级频遭瓶颈，企业家集群的影响和作用日显突出，其个体素质和网络形成路径急需提升优化。本课题：（1）从经济社会转型背景出发，提出企业家集群网络生成分析框架、建立与集群、经济增长和企业家理论研究相对接的分析范式；（2）提出一套反映区域性企业家集群状况评价指标体系，建立基于企业家个体中心网和整体网的网络生成和演化模型；（3）通过区域性企业家集群的多案例研究，探讨社会网络变化对企业家集群形成的影响，解释社会网络对企业家集群的作用机理；（4）建立企业家集群对区域经济增长影响的多要素关系模型； （5）在实践上提出有效实现企业家网络的升级和优化等相关公共治理政策。

英文摘要： Affecting the regional economics growth and development, the entrepreneurs are general recognized as the main forces of moving technology innovation, industry improvement and institution evolution ,The mechanism of the forming of regional entrepreneurs clusters greatly influence the pattern of regional economic growth. Being the most important factors in the process of regional economic and social development, the entrepreneurs became more and more critical during the China current regional economic transition and industry promotion. As typical cities of early developed regions ,Wenzhou and Dongguan now faces the bottleneck of its transition ,we should put more efforts in the entrepreneurs themselves. This research project mainly focus on: 1.creating an analysis frame to explore the formation of regional entrepreneurs clusters and get involved in the paradigm of entrepreneurs ,industry cluster and regional economic growth; 2.seting up a set of index about the regional entrepreneurs clusters to describe the different suition of regional entrepreneur custers among China; 3.building up the models of entrepreneurs ego-centered network and whole network and related evolution process; 4.using the case studies of entrepreneur clusters of different regions, we try to explain the mechanism and the influence of soc
