中文摘要: 超声引导下放射性粒子植入治疗是对恶性肿瘤的有效治疗手段。粒子在三维空间的均匀分布及准确植入是保证临床疗效的前提。目前超声引导下粒子植入治疗由于缺少三维影像信息,粒子植入的均匀性与准确性受操作医生的个人经验及超声图像显示的限制。因此,为了实现放射性粒子植入治疗中精确均匀布放粒子的目的,本项目拟在研究团队前期研究的基础上,从三维超声采集及重建技术、放射性粒子治疗计划方法、图像配准方法及导航跟踪及显示技术方面入手,研究应用于超声引导下肿瘤放射性粒子植入治疗计划及执行的三维可视化粒子植入治疗导航系统,实现优化的放射性粒子术前治疗计划制定及术中治疗计划的精准执行,并在粒子植入过程中实时跟踪显示已植入粒子的实际位置信息,实时校正治疗计划,最终实现粒子三维空间精确布放的目的,提高放射性粒子治疗的临床疗效。通过离活体实验及临床试验来验证该系统的准确性及实用性。

英文摘要: Particle implantation of multi-needle intervention under the guidance of ultrasound is an effective treatment to malignant tumor. evenly-distribution in three-dimensional space and precise implantation of particles is the precondition of the clinical efficacy of particle implantation. At present, the evenly-distribution and precision of oultrasound-guided particle implantation treatment is affected by the experience of the operators and display of the ultrasonic image because of the lack of 3D image information. Therefore, in order to achieve evenly-distribution needle positioning ,the project is based on previous research team, starting from the acquisition and reconstruction of 3D ultrasound technology, radioactive particles treatment planning , Image registration methods ,navigation tracking and display technology. The research is applied in the oultrasound-guided particle implantation tumor treatment planning and it's executive 3D-visualized navigation system for particle implantation, realizing optimized treatment plan for particle implantation and precise execution of operative treatment plan, In addition , tracking the location information of implanted particles particles implantation process in real time , correcting treatment plan in real-time, realize the purpose of precise placement of particles in 3D space, improve the clinical curative effect of particle treatment and validate the precision and practicability of the system through a series of in vivo experiments and clinical test.
