中文摘要: 养分是林木生长发育的基础,快速准确地测定评价其养分动态特征,是实施精准管理的前提和关键技术。传统养分检测方法由于操作繁冗、测定周期长、耗时费力、设备昂贵、价格成本高,极大地限制了其测试工作效率和生产指导的时效性。电化学法具灵敏度高,设备简单,操作方便,结果可靠等优点,已在各领域中得到了极其广泛的应用。 本研究目的在于探索创建一种简捷实用高效的林木养分速测的新技术和新方法,并掌握电导法在林木养分速测中的关键技术和实用方法,以期减少今后养分检测的工作量。项目选择油茶为研究对象,通过开展其叶片养分动态、电导参数特征等方面的研究,旨在阐明其养分含量与电导特征值的关联关系,解析其生物学意义;采用数学建模的理论方法,构建基于电导特征的油茶养分定标模型,建立电导法养分快速检测技术体系,最终达到通过测定其样本电导率就能快速获得并实时评价树体的养分状况。因此,研究成果具有重要的理论价值和应用前景。

英文摘要: Tree nutrient is the basis of its growth and development. The nutrient rapid, comprehensive and accurate measured is the premise and key to implement precise management. The nutrient test efficiency greatly limits to Traditional determination of nutrient detection method for operation cumbersome, long cycle, time-consuming and expensive equipment,and high cost price. Electrochemical analysis has been widely used in various fields with the high sensitivity, simple equipment, easy operation, good results reliability. The research aims to explore the conductance method in forest nutrient measuring theory and method. Camellia oleifera was Chose for this research object. The tree leaves nutrient dynamic and its conductivity characteristics were the mainly research projects. Its biological significance of the nutrient content and electrical characteristic relationships has been clarified. Using the method of mathematical modeling theory, and based on the characteristics of conductance differential nutrient calibration model have constructed, and then establish its nutrient rapid detection technology system. By measuring the real-time electrical conductivity of trees can be obtained and evaluate the tree body nutrient characteristics. The workload of nutrient detection has reduced effectively in the future work. So the
