中文摘要: 病害和种质退化被认为是制约目前我国对虾养殖业可持续发展的瓶颈,要成功解决这些问题,其中关键环节之一就是揭示对虾自身免疫防御机制,为寻找新的病害防控、良种选育等策略提供思路。有趣的是,近年来包括申请者在内的研究表明,对虾血蓝蛋白不仅具有抗病毒、抑菌等多种免疫学活性,而且还可以通过与免疫信号通路的相互作用而间接参与对虾免疫防御。但迄今为止,其调控机制尚不清楚。为此,本项目拟在此基础之上,进一步采用转录组学、相互作用组学、细胞生物学和分子生物学等的技术路线,阐明血蓝蛋白调控重要免疫信号通路的分子机制,揭示其在对虾免疫防御中新的作用与地位。预计其成果将有助于深入了解对虾免疫防御的分子网络,对解决我国对虾养殖业发展的瓶颈,实现对虾健康养殖的目的具有重要意义。

英文摘要: It has been demonstrated that infectious disease and genetic characterization degeneration are bottleneck for limiting shrimp aquaculture sustainable development in our country. Researchers suggested that the understanding of shrimp immunology will be very helpful to establish strategies for shrimp’s disease control and improved variety selection. Interestingly, recently shrimp hemocyanin was documented to function with multiple immunological activities, such as antiviral and antibacterial activities and so on. Moreover, several publications including our previous findings indicated that hemocyanin also could participate in the shrimp immune defense by interaction with immune signaling pathway, but little is known about its regulatory mechanism. Therefore, further attempts were made to investigate the molecular mechanism of significant immune signaling pathway regulated by shrimp hemocyanin using transcriptomics, interactomics, cell biology and molecular biology techniques. We strongly believe that the results will indicate the significant signaling pathway regulated by hemocyanin. Also, it will be helpful for revealing hemocyanin's novel role in the molecular network of shrimp immune mechanisms, resolving the bottleneck of shrimp aquaculture in our country, and promoting the development of shrimp aquaculture healthily.
