中文摘要: 本课题瞄准国际民航高级场面目标监视与引导系统的发展方向,针对现有机场场面监视手段存在遮挡盲区问题,探索一种基于引入机场场面通用摄像机视频图象方式,研究飞机定位、身份识别和多视野域跟踪方法,作为一种拓展数据源接入现有高级场面监视系统中。基于通用摄像机视频的机场场面目标综合监视方法已成为机场场面 监视领域中近年来备受关注的前沿研究方向。 本课题旨在研究基于机场特征的监视摄像机自标定方法, 研究基于多分类支持向量机 (SVM)的飞机尾号识别算法,进而形成一套适用于现有机场飞机监控的目标定位、识别和跟踪的理论方法;在此基础上进一步研究多视野域实时协同跟踪和综合飞机位置、姿态特征的信息融合方法,并进行理论仿真分析验证,为机场通用摄像机视频数据引入现有高级场面监视的应用中奠定理论基础,解决遮挡盲区问题,提高监视准确度。

英文摘要: The project aims at the development trends of the international civil aviation senior scene target surveillance and guidance system, in response to the blind spots blocking problem existing in the current airport scene surveillance means, explores a method based on introducing airport scene, general-purpose video camera and video images. The project researches on aircraft location, identification and multi-vision domain tracking method, and further access them to the existing senior scene surveillance system as expanded data sources. The integrated airport scene surveillance method based on general-purpose camera video has become the forefront of research concern in recent years. The project aims at studying the camera self-calibration method based on the characteristics of airport surveillance, designs the aircraft tail number recognition algorithm based on the multi-category-support vector machine(SVM), and further form a set of theoretical approaches about aircraft surveillance target location, identification and target tracking, which adapt to the current situations of airports. Further researches include multi-vision domain real-time collaborative tracking, information fusion method concerning aircraft position and flight attitude features, and theoretical analysis, simulation, and verification. The project lays theoretical foundation for the introduction of general-purpose camera video data into the application of existing airport senior scene surveillance, solves the problem of blind spots blocking, and improves the accuracy of scene surveillance.
