中文摘要: 交通冲突作为交叉口最主要的交通特征之一,制约了路网效率的最优发挥,增加了交叉口的不安全因素。科学有效地利用交通冲突规律,对改善交叉口交通安全,提高通行效率至关重要。由于缺乏交通冲突自动检测手段和方法,难以获取交通冲突相关特性数据参数,制约了交通冲突研究与应用的深入。基于此,本项目采用视频图像处理技术检测、识别、跟踪交通场景内混合交通物体,获取场景内交通参与者个体的运动轨迹、速度、方向等相关交通参数信息;根据交通个体的运动方向、运动空间关系、物体类别,建立了多层次学习的运动轨迹模式划分辨识方法,抽取不同类别、运动方向下混合交通物体的运动轨迹模式,获取个体的交通行为;根据交通场景内容上下文与交通个体运动信息,建立了基于内容上下文的交通事件识别方法,获取交通场景内的交通事件信息;剖析交通冲突现象,构建了交通冲突描述与界定方法,结合交通行为与事件识别方法,建立了基于视频的交通冲突自动辨识方法;开发了基于视频的交通冲突自动判决与预测分析处理工具软件,实现了交通冲突自动识别与相关参数获取技术。该研究成果将为交通工程领域的相关研究与应用提供理论、方法与数据和软件工具手段支持。

英文摘要: Traffic Conflict (TC) as one of the traffic characteristics constraints the efficiency of road network to improve and induces the traffic accidents to rise. Accordingly, utilizing the TC law scientifically and effectively in intersection, it is important to improve the intersection safety degree and road capacity.However, for lacking TC automatic detection methods and tools, it is difficult to get the parameters of TC to put the research and application in depth. To overcome the trouble, methdos of automatic detecting TC event and TC parameters are proposed by video processing technology in the project. Firstly, mixed traffic actors are detected, recognized and tracked by video processing to get actors' parameters such as trajectory, velocity and orientation etc. and then the multi-level learning method of trajectory pattern classfied related on spatial relationship, orientation and class of actors is put forward to get overall operating characteristics of different actor's class and recognize individual behaviors. To get traffic events in traffic scene, the traffic event recognition methods based on context are proposed by using context and individual moving information in traffic secen. Finally, the TC automatic identification and predicating technique is achieved by combined methods of TC identification rules described and defined by TC analysis and methods of traffic behavior and event detection. In addition, automatic TC detection and analysis software tool is programed to get TC event and related parameters. As a result, the outcomes in the project will provide the theories, methods and datum support for the relation study and application in traffic engineering field.
