中文摘要: 针对高耗能企业生产制造过程的绿色制造问题,从系统优化运行角度探索不确定环境下企业生产与能源系统的协同随机优化调度。项目主要研究内容包括:基于隐马尔可夫模型的非侵入式生产-能耗-排放监测和深度感知,企业网络化多能源系统和生产过程的协同随机优化调度,含清洁可再生新能源的企业绿色制造能源产耗随机优化匹配。企业副产能源生成、生产用电和蒸汽、煤气等能耗的不确定性,清洁可再生新能源发电的间歇性和高度不确定性,以及企业生产-能耗-排放的时空关联性,是项目研究中所需要面对的主要挑战,拟采用随机规划理论与方法分析解决,并采用鲁棒优化方法分析研究这些不确定性因素对企业能源与生产协调优化所能达到的节能减排程度以及可再生新能源最佳引入容量。项目研究的目标是提出一套多视角多层次的企业能源与生产协调优化方法,这对实现高耗能企业生产制造过程的绿色制造,达到节能减排、资源高效率用的目标,具有重要的社会意义。

英文摘要: In view of the green manufacturing problems in the energy intersive enterprises (EIEs), we focus on the energy and production coordinated stochastic optimization scheduling from the angle of system optimal operation. In this proposal, the main research contents include: nonintrusive monitoring and perceiving for production-energy consumption-emission based Hidden Markov Models; network multi-energy system and production coordinated optimization scheduling under uncertainties; stochastic matching of distributed clean renewable energy and production. In the project, the main challenges: the supply uncertainties of by-produce energies, the demand uncertainties of electricity, steam, and gas, the intermittency and high uncertainty of clean renewable energy. Prepare to adopt stochastic programming theory and method. In addition, the robust optimization is applied to analyze the uncertainties' influences on energy system and production coordinated optimization, and to explor the ability of accommodating renewable energy. The target of the project is to put forward a set of efficient methods for energy and production coordinated optimization scheduling, including multiple levels. It has important social significance for realizing enterprises' green-manufacturing and achieveing energy-saving and emission-reduction.
