中文摘要： 持续创新已成为影响中国企业发展和参与国际竞争的一个重大问题，技术多元化被认为在企业的持续创新过程中起着关键作用，但是目前有关技术多元化模式及其与企业持续创新的关系研究较欠缺。本项目将通过案例研究、专利数据分析和问卷调查方法，针对中国企业持续创新面临的困境，从拓展技术基础和能力范围的角度出发，研究技术多元化对企业持续创新的作用机理。通过分析技术多元化-持续创新的关系以及互补资产和知识关联等变量在其中的调节作用、探讨技术多元化的模式划分及其选择，构建技术多元化-外部知识获取/技术机会能力/产品创新战略-持续创新的理论框架。结合开放式创新、探索式创新-利用式创新、组织学习等相关理论，探索技术多元化影响企业持续创新的途径及适用条件，以打开技术多元化与持续创新之间关系的黑箱，明确有利于企业持续创新的技术多元化模式及管理策略。本研究将完善技术多元化和企业持续创新理论，为指导企业技术多元化的决策、实施以及持续创新绩效的提升提供切实可行的理论框架。

英文摘要： Persistent innovation has become a major issue affecting Chinese firms' development and their participation in global competition. Although technological diversification has been regarded as a key factor influencing firms' persistent innovation, the researches on the model of technological diversification and its impact on persistent innovation are still scarce. Based on the observation of the problems of innovation persistence faced by Chinese firms, we try to explore the influence mechanism of technological diversification on firms' persistent innovation on the perspective of technology base and competence broadening, and apply multiple methods including field interviews, questionnaires, case studies and empirical analysis to address this issue. We will study the relationship between technological diversification and persistent innovation, analyze the moderating effect of complementary asset and technology relatedness on the above relationship, and investigate the classification and selection of technological diversification model. After that, we propose a theoretical framework of technological diversification→external knowledge acquisition/technological opportunities capacity/product innovation strategy→persistent innovation, explore the path and its applicable condition of the impact of technological diversification on persistent innovation, in order to open the black box of the relationship between technological diversification and persistent innovation, summarize the technological diversification model and the related management strategy in favor of firms' persistent innovation. Through this research, we aim to improve the research on technological diversification and persistent innovation, and provide a feasible theoretical framework for firms to conduct technological diversification and thus achieve persistent innovation.
