中文摘要: 针对南疆地区机采地膜棉杂质含量较高,造成棉花加工难度加大的现实问题,以阿拉尔地区周边棉花加工厂的机采地膜棉加工为对象,建立地膜棉除杂净化的控制模型,利用电磁悬浮理论,建立地膜棉在电磁场中的流动规律的微分方程;通过对原棉附电及在电磁场中运动试验,建立棉花与杂质(地膜和粉尘)在电磁场中运动差异的回归关系方程;依据当地机采地膜棉的含杂量资料,获取该地区地膜棉的棉花与杂质的比例参数,对其不同条件下的附电能力和静电分布密度差异进行分析,归纳总结出在电磁悬浮状态下棉花与杂质分离的规律;利用在线检测技术获取棉花与杂质在电磁场中的运动分离的资料;通过载波试验,结合在线检测所得数据的处理与分析,对棉花与杂质构成的流体进行优化控制,再对上述关系模型进行验证与重构;提出棉花与杂志在电磁悬浮状态下的运动分离规律模型及控制策略,为降低初加工后棉花的含杂率提供理论依据。

英文摘要: According to the southern area of Xinjiang, that machined film cotton content high impurity cause cotton processing difficulty of the problems, to the alar region surrounding cotton processing plant of the machine for film covered cotton processing as the object,and establish cotton covered with plastic film purification control model, and using electromagnetic theory, to establish cotton covered with plastic film in the electromagnetic field of the differential equations of motion by cotton attached; That testing of electricity and moving in electromagnetic field establishs cotton and impurities(film and dust)moving differences in electromagnetic field and the regression equation; According to the local machine collecting cotton covered with plastic film in impurity content information, accessing to the area for film covered cotton cotton impurity ratio parameter, on the different conditions of electric capacity and static distribution density difference undertakes an analysis,then bases on electromagnetic suspension state cotton purification control model; Through the carrier test, combined with on-line monitoring data processing and analysis;Cotton and impurities form fluid optimization control, then the relation model is verified and reconstruction; put forward cotton and magazine in the electromagnetic sus
