中文摘要: 针对目前机械式自动变速器(AMT)控制技术复杂及换挡品质不佳的问题,本项目从不同的研究思路出发,提出并研究一类采用磁粉离合器为离合装置和电磁直线执行器为换挡执行机构的新型AMT技术方案。针对该型AMT在应用基础研究中急需解决的执行器优化设计、系统集成动态建模、系统综合控制评价模型及优化等关键技术问题,开展理论分析、数值计算与试验研究。根据新型AMT性能要求,进行自动变速器执行机构的结构创新和优化设计。根据系统混杂特性,基于混合自动机理论建立AMT与发动机集成的多学科交叉仿真模型。分析各控制量对系统动态特性的影响,确定AMT换挡过程与发动机综合控制的基本逻辑。基于多目标优化理论,建立适用于新型AMT换挡过程的控制优化方法,探索研究提高新型AMT换挡控制系统鲁棒性的方法。项目在全电机械式自动变速器的技术路线、动态建模与控制优化方法等方面有创新,研究成果对丰富和发展AMT技术有重要的科学意义。

英文摘要: Since there is more space for the control technology and shift quality of the conventional automated mechanical transmission(AMT) to improve, a novel AMT with a magnetic powder clutch and an electromagnetic linear shift actuator will be proposed and studied in this project. The major technological problems of the novel AMT will be studied based on theoretical analysis and simulation research. First, special attention will be paid on how to create and optimize the shift actuator of the AMT. Second, the integrated multidisciplinary simulation model between AMT and engine will be created based on hybrid system and finite automata theory. Third, the integrated control logic for the AMT and engine will be determined based on designed basic parameters and their influences on dynamic characteristics of the system. Fourth, the control method and strategy for the AMT shift will be proposed based on multi-objective optimization theory, and a method to improve the robustness of the shift control system will be further studied. In the project, there will be innovations on the design of AMT,the simulation model and the control method. The achievements from the project will enrich and develop the AMT technology.
