中文摘要: 在实际的Web服务环境中,由于服务提供者和服务使用者的不可信性,用户上下文的多样性以及Web服务QoS的不确定性等因素的存在,导致已有的Web服务QoS度量方法在QoS度量的可信性和准确性方面很难在实际应用中得到保证。因此,需要研究一种新的旨在提升可信性和准确性Web服务QoS度量方法。本项目围绕Web服务QoS度量的准确性和可信性两个关键科学问题,通过对:1)面向Web服务QoS度量的用户反馈数据可信性评估;2)用户上下文与Web服务QoS相关性分析;3)Web服务QoS的不确定性评估等核心算法的研究,提出一种在支持用户上下文、屏蔽恶意反馈和弱化QoS不确定性的基础上综合多种数据源的Web服务QoS度量方法,为深化和完善Web服务QoS度量方法提供重要的理论依据和技术支持,拟在国外SCI期刊上发表高质量论文5篇以上。

英文摘要: In practical Web service environment, due to the existence of the incredibility of service providers and service users, the variety of user context, and the uncertainty of Web service QoS, the existing Web service QoS measurement approaches often cannot guarantee the credibility and accuracy of QoS measurement in the practical application. Hence, it is imperative to find a novel Web service QoS measurement approach to improve the credibility and accuracy. The study focuses on the two key scientific problems, i.e., the credibility and accuracy of Web service QoS measurement. By studying the key algorithms, such as the user feedback data credibility assessment algorithm, the correlation analysis between user context and Web service QoS, the uncertainty evaluation algorithm of Web service QoS, the study propose a Web service QoS measurement approach based on the multiple data sources . The proposed approach can not only support user context, shield malicious feedback and weaken the uncertainty of QoS, but also provides important theory foundation and technical support for improving the performance of Web service QoS measurement approaches. More than 5 high-quality papers will be published on foreign SCI jourals based on the study.
