中文摘要: 外科手术模拟是提高医疗安全、加速外科医生成长的重要手段,尤其是内镜手术和显微手术,对医生操作控制要求更高,手术模拟教育和手术动作特性量化研究十分重要,也是未来计算机虚拟手术必要组成部分。喉嗓音显微手术是内镜手术和显微手术的复合体,但手术模拟教育和动作量化研究目前在国际上仍是空白。本课题创新将计算机三维追踪系统和喉显微手术模拟设置结合,发展喉嗓音显微外科手术动作特性参数并计算机编程,建立喉嗓音显微手术模拟工作站和动作分析系统(Laryngophonomicrosurgery Motion Assessment System, LPMAS),研究喉嗓音显微手术动作控制特性和影响因素,以及手术操作学习过程和学习曲线。为专科操作教育提供真实、经济、简便的工作系统;实现对喉嗓音显微外科动作特性的量化研究,为专科手术动作特性研究提供实验平台和测量标准;对专科手术教育成效评价提供方法学和客观标准。

英文摘要: Surgical procedure simulation is great value for medical safety and economical surgery education, especially in microsurgery an endoscopic surgery which demand highly control in surgical manipulation . This situation requires deeply study on surgical procedure simulation education and quantitative analysis of surgical manipulation . Also , this study can be an essential part in future virtual operation research . Laryngo phonomicrosurgery combines microsurgery and endoscopic surgery technology, both of which require experience in manipulative skills and have small margins of operative success. A standard laryngophonomicrosurgery simulation system is not currently available, and no metric exists to quantitatively measure laryngomicrophonosurgery motion characteristics. In this study, we developed a laryngomicrophonosurgery simulation motion assessment system (LPSMAS) and characteristic motion parameters to quantitatively studied motion characters during laryngomicrophonosurgery using a man-made material task to optimize surgical ergonomics and investigate the skill-learning procedure and learning curve.
