中文摘要: 随着近些年来外科手术技术的不断提高和发展,患者数量的剧烈膨胀,以及专科医生数量的严重不足,基于虚拟现实技术的计算机辅助手术模拟在手术训练和治疗方面得到了非常广泛的重视和研究。本项目将对虚拟下颌升支矢状劈开这一复杂度高、危险性大的手术进行模拟,并研究相应的关键技术。重点研究设计下颌升支劈开手术中的关键手术工具与骨骼之间的交互碰撞模型,创建真实可靠的、基于物理的力反馈模型,达到通过手术工具的接触能够区分不同区域骨组织形态的目的;进而通过设置增强力觉信息,对医生在训练过程中的操作进行引导,达到提高手术技巧的目的;并且对劈开手术操作中的骨折效果进行模拟,创建能用于实时交互的多层骨组织骨折形变模型;并在上述基础上,设计高逼真度的虚拟手术规划、模拟和训练平台。若研究目标能够顺利实现,将在计算机辅助颌面部手术设计和立体定向导航方面的具有巨大的应用价值。

英文摘要: Recently, with the great improvements of the surgical techniques, and the expansion of the patient amount, and the lack of the professional surgeon, the usage of the virtual reality based computer-assisted surgical simulation on the surgical training and clinical treatment has been received a widely attention and research. This proposal intends to simulate the Sagittal Split Ramus Osteotomy (SSRO) surgery, which has a very large dangerous and complexity. The research of the key technologies will be studied, including the following items. In order to distinguish the bone shape and material through the surgical instruments interaction, the physical contact models between the instruments and the bone, and the realistic computation methods of the haptic feedback should be designed. Then, the surgeons' manipulation during the training can be guided through the setting of the augmented haptic information. This would be helpful for the surgical skill improvement. Also, we will build the multi-layer bone fracture model to simulate the split procedure in SSRO. Based on the previous aspects, the construction of a high fidelity virtual SSRO surgery platform for planning, simulating and training is also necessary. Once our research purposes could be successfully reached, the results will have a huge application perspective
