中文摘要: 皮秒脉冲以其独特的超宽带特性和生物电磁效应在深部脑组织无创聚焦治疗癫痫中展示出良好的发展前景。本项目紧密围绕皮秒脉冲靶向调控神经元动作电位治疗癫痫的创新思路,对涉及皮秒脉冲靶向调控神经元动作电位治疗癫痫的作用机理、皮秒脉冲在大脑正常及病变组织中的传播规律、超宽带冲激脉冲辐射天线耦合介质透镜实现无创聚焦的机制、皮秒脉冲深部脑组织无创聚焦治疗癫痫的有效性及安全性等关键基础科学问题进行深入研究。揭示皮秒脉冲靶向调控神经元动作电位治疗癫痫的基本原理;建立皮秒脉冲在深部脑组织中的传播机制;研制出超宽带冲激脉冲辐射天线耦合介质透镜实现深部脑组织无创聚焦的系统样机;开展皮秒脉冲无创聚焦治疗癫痫的有效性及安全性实验研究。本项目的特点是创立皮秒脉冲无创聚焦治疗癫痫的原理和方法,为最终成功开发拥有完全自主知识产权的新型医疗治疗设备提供坚实理论和实验依据,具有重要的学术价值和良好的临床应用前景。

英文摘要: Picosecond pulsed electric fields(psPEF) have been emerged as a new technology in non-invasive focusing of deep brain tissues for epilepsy treatment with its unique ultra-wideband and bioelectric effects.Neuronal action potential targeted by psPEF for epilepsy treatment was firstly proposed in this project,in which mechanisms of neuronal action potential targeted by psPEF for epilepsy treatment, propagation rules of psPEF in normal and pathological brain tissues, non-invasive focusing mechanisms of Ultra-wideband impulse radiationg antenna(UIRA) and dielectric lens,efficacy and safety of non-invasive focusing in epilepsy treatment with psPEF, will be fully studied; basic principles of neuronal action potential targeted by nsPEF for epilepsy treatment will be indicated; propagation rules of psPEF in deep brain tissues will be establised; experimental prototype of non-invasive focusing with UIRA and dielectric lens will be developed; efficacy and safety experiments of non-invasive focusing in epilepsy treatment with psPEF will be studied.The distinguished feature of this project is to eatablish the principles and methods of non-invasive focusing in epilepsy treatment with psPEF,which will lay solid theoretical and experimental evidences for new medical equipment with proprietary intellectual property rights.This p
