中文摘要: 发掘具有促水稻生长活性的化合物是开发新型生物源水稻生长促进剂的基础性环节。项目采用生物活性导向的柱色谱法,分别从意大利黑麦草的乙醇和乙酸乙酯提取物中分离到ETHY和DC(因知识产权原因,化合物名称用符号表示)2个对水稻生长具有显著促进作用的化合物。培养皿生测实验表明,ETHY处理后水稻根长和苗长最高比对照增加22.1%和25.3%(P<0.01),0.1mg/L~1mg/L是ETHY的最佳作用浓度范围。砂培实验表明,ETHY处理后,水稻叶片叶绿素含量、叶片光合速率及气孔导度最高分别比对照增加23.0%、28.8%和21.5%,差异均达到显著水平,但对叶片干重、叶片蒸腾速率和细间二氧化碳浓度无显著效果。ETHY处理显著增加了水稻根系干重,根系表面积、根体系和分枝根数,尤其是分枝根数,比对照增加了高达39.5%。ETHY易溶于水、乙醇,可溶于正己烷。ETHY对高温和光照较稳定。从生理活性强度和物理性质综合分析,ETHY具有开发成具有我国自主知识产权生物源水稻生长促进剂的应用前景。胡萝卜苷对水稻根系生长有一定的促进作用,但生理活性较低。

英文摘要: Searching for the acitive compounds stimulating rice growth is the foundational research on deloveping novel biogenic rice growth stimulators. Two active compounds stimulating rice growth, ETHY and DC were respectively isolated from ethanol and ethyl acetate extracts of Lolium Multiflroum Lam.. In a petri dish bioassay, ETHY significantly increased the length of rice roots and shoots by 22.1% and 25.3%, respectively. Suitable concentration scopes of ETHY on rice was 0.1-1 mg/L. In a sand cultivation experiment, ETHY significantly increased the chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance of rice leaf by 23.0%, 28.8%, 21.5%,respectively. However, no significant effect was found on leaf dry weight, transpiration rate and carbon dioxide content of intercell. ETHY signicantly inceased the dry weight, the surface area, the length, the amount of fribe roots and the volum of rice roots.Especially, the amount of fribe roots was increased by 39.5%. ETHY being steady to light and high temperature is very soluble in water,ethanol, and is soluble in n-hexane.The result of comprehensive analysis on the bio-activity potential and physical properties of ETHY showed that ETHY could act as biogenic rice stimulator with our country independent intellectual property in future. DC also possessed low bio-activity on stimulating rice roots growth.
