中文摘要: 干旱是西藏植物生存最主要的逆境因素之一,严重威胁植物繁殖和生长发育。培育抗旱植物是当前解决西藏生态恢复过程中选择物种的一个重要研究方向。本研究基于目前拟南芥、水稻及一些豆科植物抗旱代谢理论研究基础,利用较抗旱西藏乡土植物砂生槐DREB转录因子基因(SmDREBs)资源,采用植物生理学及分子生物学方法主要研究:(1)SmDREBs结构及表达模式;(2)SmDREBs抗旱功能;(3)SmDREBs用于改良原西藏砂生槐抗旱性,从而获得抗旱性更强且适应西藏气候特征的砂生槐新种质。本研究旨在揭示SmDREBs在抗旱代谢途径中的调控作用,该研究成果对于解决西藏生态恢复过程中树种选择问题具有现实意义,并可为利用SmDREB进行植物抗旱育种提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Drought is one of the main stress factors in plant survival in Tibet. It seruously threatens to plant propagation,growth and development. Therefore, breeding of drought-resistant vegetation plant is a key research direction in Tebetan ecological restoration currently. Based on metabolism theory of drought resistance of Arabidopsis, rice and some legume plants, utilizing plant physiology and molecular biology methods with DREB transcription factor gene recourses from relative drought-resistant indigenous Tibetan Sophora moorcroftiana (SmDREBs), this study mainly focuses on: (1) revealing the structures and expression profiles of SmDREBs; (2) drought resistance characterization of SmDREBs; (3) improving drought resitance of Tibetan moorcroftiana adapted to Tibetan climate features with SmDREBs. The goal of this project is to characterize the regulation role of SmDREBs in drought resistance process, and this achievement has practical significance for solving Tibetan ecological restoration problem, also provides some theoretical foundation for breeding of drought-resistant plants with SmDREBs.
