中文摘要: 高角度分辨率弥散磁共振成像(HARDI)较之现有常用弥散张量磁共振成像(DTI)可无创描述活体体素内多个方向和多个弥散强度的弥散信息,精确有效地对复杂神经纤维的精细结构进行研究。 本项目针对复杂神经结构内水分子弥散呈多方向和多强度变化的特点,克服现有弥散MRI扫描在空间分辨率、角度分辨率、弥散强度采样数量上的不足,1) 首先引入超分辨技术在高维空间基于纤维方向分布(FOD)对HARDI进行约束重建,提高其复杂神经纤维细节信息描述能力;2) 然后使用球谐小波并结合双对数弥散信号分析,设计开发综合高角度分辨率和多弥散强度包络的最优球谐函数HARDI模型; 3) 最后综合上述两者对复杂神经纤维的精细结构进行研究。 4)在上述理论创新研究中,本项目将使用Bootstrap在物理模拟和计算机模拟HARDI数据中进行复杂神经结构验证性分析,并以此为基础在真实HARDI数据集中进行验证和探索性研究。

英文摘要: In contrast to conventional diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), high angular resolution diffusion imaging (HARDi) is capable of characterizing water diffusion along many directions at different field strengths, and thus can effectively depict exquisite details of fine structures of complex neuronal fiber pathways. According to the multiple-orientation and multiple-intensity characters of water diffusion in the complex neuronal fibers, this project plans to overcome the insufficient sampling of the spatial resolution, orientation resolution and diffusion intensity in the following four steps. 1) Using super-resolution algorithm to reconstruct HARDI under the constrain of the fiber orientation distribution (FOD)and improve description of the detailed information of complex fiber bundles; 2) Using sperical harmonic wavelet and dual-logarithm to design multiple-shell HARDI model,which can integrate and optimize both the high angular resolution and multiple-shell of the diffusion; 3) Analysi complex neuronal fiber bundle using the proposed two methods syntheticly; 4) Besides the proposed theoritical analysis, this project will using Bootstrap for validation in both HARDI dataset of physical phantom and synthetic computing phantom, validation and explorative research in the in vivo HARDI datasets will also be implemented
