中文摘要: 常规的波前编码技术在使成像系统对离焦不敏感的同时,也能对其他像差进行一定的抑制。然而,由于优化通常只针对抑制离焦进行,所以对其他像差的控制能力就比较有限。因此,本文从解析分析的角度提出了一个对波像差畸变不敏感的综合式波前编码成像系统构想。首先,将设计离焦不变相位板的流程移植到设计对其他像差不敏感的相位板的过程中;之后,将抑制多种像差的每种相位板所对应的传递函数相加组合,并以此作为目标传递函数;最后,依靠一种强大的迭代算法逆向求解能够产生目标传递函数的相位函数,以此达到抑制波像差畸变的目的。此外,由于波前编码系统的传递函数相比衍射受限大幅降低,所以数字成像系统无法避免的欠采样导致的频谱混叠可以得到缓解,从而有望提升分辨率。由此本文提出了一种新的算法,将波前编码与超分辨率重建有机结合,在传感器像元尺寸不变的情况下,利用低像素分辨率波前编码图像重构高分辨率图像,并期望获得更好的超分辨率结果。

英文摘要: The regular wave-front coding technique can not only make the imaging system insensitive to defocus,but also can reduce the influcences of other optical aberrations on image quality to a certain extent. However, according to the literatures, the phase mask optimization is usually carried out to mainly restrain misf-focus, so the capability of wave-front coding system in controlling other aberrations seems insufficient. In this case, based on the mathematical analysis, we propose a hypothesis in which a novel wave-front coding system prototype should be estabilished to eliminate the inflences of wave-front distortion. First, the procedure adopted to design the defocus invariant phase masks could be transformed and re-used to generate a group of the phase masks, each of which is insensitve to certain aberration; Second, with the phase mask candidates, the corresponding optical transfer function that is insensitive to certain aberration can be calculated and then combined together to obtain the target optical transfer function; Third,a powerful iterative numerical method will be used to design the requried phase mask which corresponds to the target optical transfer function we already have at our hand.With the three steps finished, a so called comprehensive wave-front coding system, which can restrain the wave-fro
