中文摘要: 发射型计算机断层成像(ECT)是当今医学临床上诊断和指导肿瘤治疗的最佳手段。本项目拟建立ECT成像系统的连续积分方程模型,并在此基础上采用高阶分片多项式多尺度逼近,发展高精度离散策略,建立成像积分算子的稀疏矩阵表示。借助示踪剂分布函数的先验光滑性质和由其他成像模态所得到的解剖图像,构造结构先验正则化方法。采用不动点方程刻画相应的最优化问题的解,并基于该刻画发展快速数值求解算法,最后分析不动点算法的收敛性以及收敛速度。预计本项目将产生高质量的研究成果,发表一流的学术论文9-10篇。

英文摘要: Emission computed tomography (ECT) is nowadays the best tumor diagnosis and therapy technique in clinic. In this project, we shall develop continuous integral equation models for ECT imaging systems. We then discretize the continuous imaging models using high order piecewise polynomial multiscale approximation and propose a high precision discretization strategy. We plan to develop a sparse matrix representation for the imaging integral operator. By employing the priori smoothness property of the radiotracer distribution function and the anatomical images obtained by other imaging modalities, we shall develop anatomical prior regularization methods. We plan to characterize the solution of the resulting optimization problem via a system of fixed-point equations and design fast iterative algorithms based on the characterization. Finally, we shall study the convergence property and convergence rate of the proposed algorithm. This research will lead to high-quality results, and publish 9-10 high-quality academic articles.
