中文摘要: 现代影像医学中有一大类图像的获取方式是通过恢复目标物体360度投影数据而得到的。本项目针对此类图像的成像特点,以脑图像非刚性配准问题作为研究对象,研究完全通过对投影域中原始数据的处理达到对恢复后时域中图像的非刚性配准。主要研究内容包括:(1)将域中所存在的仿射变换映射至投影域,在投影域中对平移旋转等参数进行解耦,并进行鲁棒性估计;(2)在投影域中构造合理的映射函数与测度函数模型,完成时域中非刚性配准,并通过建立投影域多分辨率金字塔进行加速;3)在投影域中通过对称非刚性配准完成脑图像的中切线提取。相比传统方法的优势在于:首先可以有效避免对时域图像进行配准时由于恢复算法本身存在精度不足的缺陷而导致最终配准结果的误差扩散;另外利用360度的投影数据可以将时域中的旋转变换转换为投影域中的平移变换,因此能有效提高配准参数求解效率。

英文摘要: There are a kind of images in the Medical Imaging field are obtained by recovering the projecting data getting from 360 degrees to the object. Taking the advantage of the obtaining characteristics for this kind of images and focusing on the problem of non-rigid medical image registration, the main study of this project is to accomplish non-rigid registration for two images in the time domain only by processing their data in the projection domain. The study includes three main parts:(1) To decouple the relationship of the parameters after mapping the affine transformation from the time domain to the projection domain under the hypothesis of disturbance from non-rigid transform, and then to robustly estimate the parameters. (2) To build reasonable model for the non-rigid mapping and Similarity Metric Functions in the projection domain, and then to accomplish the registration with them. We will also build multi-resolution image pyramid in the projection domain to speed up the processing. (3) To extract the neuroimage Mid-sagttal line by self symmetry based non-rigid registration only in projection domain.
