中文摘要: 本项目针对惯性储能式高功率脉冲电源-电磁式补偿脉冲发电机-电励磁容量高、损耗大、效率低、可靠性低的缺点,对以永磁体励磁为主,电励磁为辅的混合励磁空芯补偿脉冲发电机的特殊问题和关键技术进行深入研究。该方案无需使用电刷和滑环,可提高系统可靠性,同时利用辅助的电励磁可从电机拓扑结构角度实现电机内部磁场的快速灵活调节,增强单一脉冲电源驱动不同放电负载的匹配能力。在研究中,存在的瓶颈问题是永磁体在强脉冲磁场、瞬时温升以及冲击应力作用下可能发生的失磁问题。因此,从拓扑结构、磁路设计和优化出发,研究混合励磁空芯补偿脉冲发电机内部的多物理场耦合问题,研究放电时影响永磁体失磁的各种因素和相应的保护方法,同时,建立考虑电机内部物理环境的混合励磁空芯补偿脉冲发电机数学模型,准确模拟放电系统的动态运行行为,对阐明电机本体同放电系统性能之间的关系,给出该特种电机优化设计方法,对突破补偿脉冲发电机技术瓶颈具有意义。

英文摘要: The project is about the research on the special problems and key technologies of a new kinetic energy high pulsed power source-hybrid excitation aircore compensated pulsed alternator(CPA). A hybrid excitation aircore CPA scheme is presented that the excitation sources of the CPA rely mainly on the permanent magnets excitation and while take electrical excitation as subsidiary role. The scheme can overcome some disadvantages of the single electrical excitation CPA, such as the requirement of higher eletrical excitation capacity, higher loss, lower efficiency and lower reliability. The high power brushes and sliprings can be omitted in the hybrid excitation aircore CPA and therefore the reliability can be increased. The adjustment flexibility of the electromagnetic field in the hybrid excitation aircore CPA is enhanced by the use of subsidiary electrical excitation. And one single hybrid excitation aircore CPA can discharge for different types of loads.The critical problem for the hybrid excitation aircore CPA is the possible demagnetization of permanent magnets during discharge.The demagnetization of permanent magnets is mainly caused by the transient strong demagnetization magnetic field, the transient thermal rise and the impact stress during the discharge to the pulsed loads, such as the railguns.The influenc
