英文摘要: Acute promyelocyte leukemia (APL) is a kind of malignant clone disease in haemopoetic stem cells.Plenty of abnormal archaeoeytes and juvenile cells proliferate in marrow, and infiltrate generally in all kinds of organs and suppress the haematopoiesis.Triptolide, isolated from the herb Tripterygium wilfordii, as well as some of its derivants has been shown to potently induce apoptosis and autophagy in various malignant cells by inhibiting RNA synthesis and nuclear factor-κB activity. In this project, we aim to confirm whether APL cells can be induced to apoptosis and autophagy by triptolide effectively. Furthermore, we also focus on exploring the molecular mechanism of triptolide induced apoptosis and autophagy. The answers to these questions will lay a foundation for the development of new anti-APL drugs.
