中文摘要: 半导体晶圆制造系统内部状态参数繁多、杂乱,其互相影响和共同作用使得整个系统性能演化呈现出复杂、非线性、动态等特征。本项目以状态参数为核心,从多维度对晶圆制造系统状态参数进行分析,建立晶圆制造系统的多维状态参数模型,分析晶圆制造系统的无尺度特性,建立晶圆制造系统无尺度网络之模型,可重入流在无尺度网络中的映射方法,揭示晶圆制造系统状态参数之间的关联关系。利用系统动力学方法研究晶圆制造系统状态参数与系统性能之间的关系,构建晶圆制造系统多目标预测模型边界;提出基于牛顿插值的承袭性算法建立流图结构模型中的表函数;研究不确定性因素在晶圆制造系统性能预测过程中的传播机制,提出基于误差反馈的改进预测方法。开发晶圆制造系统模型仿真平台,对项目提出的建模和性能预测方法进行验证。本项目的研究,对丰富晶圆制造系统建模理论和方法体系,帮助提高晶圆制造系统的快速响应能力和整体效率,具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。

英文摘要: Various state parameters in the wafer fabrication system res ult in the changing of system performance complex, non-linear and dynamic. This project analyzes the state parameters in wafer fabrication system from different dimensions, establishes the model of multi-dimension state parameters. By analyzing the characteristic of scale-free of the wafer fabricaiton system, this project constructs the scale-free networks model and reveals the relationships between state parameters. Based on the model, the project uses System Dynamics to investigate the relationships between the state parameters and system performance. In order to realize the multi-objective prediction, the project develops an approach to determine the system boundaries. Against the non-linear feature, a heredity algorithm on basis of Newton interpolation is designed. Furthermore, the mechanism for dissemination of the uncertainties in wafer fabrication system is studied and an improved method for performance prediction is proposed. This research enriches the theory of models and methodologies for wafer fabrication system. It makes the contribution to the improvement of system response and overall equipment effectiveness, which has important theoretical significance and practical value.
