中文摘要: 混流装配系统的复杂性问题已成为制约多品种混线生产的重要问题之一。现有研究中注重对系统复杂性中某些具体问题的探究,疏于构建一套完整的装配系统复杂性建模体系。其次,目前已提出的混流装配系统结构复杂性模型中,仅适用于较为简单的串行结构装配系统。针对以上情况,本项目从系统科学的思想出发,运用信息论、概率论及调度理论等相关理论,首先对混流装配系统的复杂性特征与机理进行分析,在此基础上,分别建立系统的并行结构、静态计划及动态过程复杂性模型,以此构建一套完整的混流装配系统复杂性建模体系,对系统的复杂性进行测度,从而准确计算出系统复杂性产生的累积性影响,并最终通过降低系统的复杂性来提高混流装配系统的整体性能,为解决产品多样化引发的装配系统结构和运行优化问题提供了新的方法和思路,具有重要理论和工程应用价值。最后,将所构建复杂性模型在实际混流装配系统中应用,在验证其科学性及有效性的同时,展示了其应用前景。

英文摘要: The issue of complexity of mix-model assembly systems has become one of important challenges for achieving mass customization. The research on some concrete issues of the complexity of systems is emphasized in current methods applied entropy modeling while an integrated theoretical system of manufacturing complexity is ignored to promote. In addition, the current models proposed on structure complexity are only applied in a simple serial structure of assembly systems and they are difficult to apply parallel systems.From a view of system science, using information entropy and probability theory relevant theoretical research achievements for reference, the mechanism of manufacturing complexity is analyzed and the complexity models on the structure, process and monitoring of mix-model assembly systems are proposed. As a result, an integrated theoretical system of manufacturing complexity is promoted and using it to measure the complexity of manufacturing systems and the aim of forecasting and controlling to the systems' behavior is achieve. Finally, the models developed are used to demonstrate the validity and scientificalness by constructing the models of schedule horizon and schedule adherence and prospect well in mix-model assembly enterprises.
