中文摘要: 陷阱能级是聚合物电介质的重要参数。作为测量电荷陷阱能级的基本方法之一,光刺激放电电流法还存在几个尚未清楚的关键性基本问题:透明电极及样品的光电效应对光刺激放电电流的影响,光刺激放电电流谱能量归一化参数,光扫描相关实验参数和样品参数的影响,光刺激放电电流法和热刺激放电电流法的内在联系。结合测量薄膜空间电荷分布的热脉冲法,利用单能电子束和电晕充电控制电荷的注入,研究实验外部条件如光波扫描方式,单色光参数,电场大小、方向等,样品本身参数如电极材质、厚度,样品透光率、厚度,界面功函数差等对光刺激放电电流谱的影响以及对电荷陷阱能级计算的影响。通过透过率测试,并考虑光波能量随波长变化和电极薄膜透过率随波长变化的情况,获得光刺激放电电流谱能量归一化条件。结合热清洗法和分段扫描法,研究热刺激放电电流法与光刺激放电电流法内在的联系。通过本项目,获得利用光刺激放电电流法测量陷阱参数的适用条件,提高测量精度。

英文摘要: Trap level is an important parameter for polymer dielectrics. As one of the main methods for trap level measurement, some important basic problems for photo-stimulated discharge (PSD) method need to be solved. The problems contain as follow: The impact of the photoeffect by the samples with transparent electrodes on PSD current, the exact parameters for photo energy normalization of photo stimulated discharge current, the influence of the experimental performing parameters related to photo scanning and the sample parameters on PSD current, the inherent correlation between photo stimulated discharge method and thermally stimulated discharge method. Combined with thermal pulse method and electron beam irradiation or corona charging, the impact of the experiment performing parameters (e.g. wavelength scanning rate,light bandwith, light intensity, applied field) and the sample parameters (the electrode materials,thickness,light transmission,the difference of the work function between the electrode and the substrate) on PSD current spectrum and the trap level based on the spectrum will be studied. Considering the energy spectrum of Xe-lamp and the transmission of transparent electrodes , the energy normalization parameter hope to be obtained based on the above transmission measurement.
