中文摘要: 由于黑土区气温低、农膜使用量大和有机质含量高等原因造成黑土邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)污染较重,土壤微生物是土壤中最重要的组份,因此,研究黑土微生物对PAEs污染的响应及其机制对于PAEs的生态毒理效应阐释和黑土保护具有重要意义。 本项研究拟针对黑土PAEs污染的环境问题,研究在PAEs污染过程中黑土微生物的生物量、群落结构多样性和代谢功能多样性的动态变化过程,拟采用PCR-DGGE、RT-PCR、RAPD和Biolog等土壤分子生态学和生物化学等技术揭示PAEs污染对黑土微生物的剂量-效应关系,揭示黑土微生物对PAEs污染的响应关系,从遗传学毒性和氧化损伤两个方面阐释PAEs污染对黑土微生物的生态毒理机制,为PAEs的生态毒理学效应阐释和黑土资源保护提供理论基础和技术支持。

英文摘要: In black soil region of Northeastern China, the soil is heavily contaminated by phthalate ester (PAEs) due to many reasons, such as low temperature, excessive use of agricultural films and high content of organic matter. The edaphon is the most important component of soil, thus, it is significant for the interpretation of the Eco-toxicological effect of PAEs and the protection of the black soil by studying the response of the soil microbes to the PAEs pollution. This study is aim at the practical environmental problems caused by PAEs. The dynamic change of soil microbial biomass,microbial structural diversity and metabolic diversity in the PAEs pollution processes will be studied. The dose-effect relationship and response relationship between the PAEs pollution and the black soil microbes will be revealed by using of molecular ecology technology. This study will interpret the Eco-toxicology effects of PAEs pollution on black soil microbes from the aspects of the genetic toxicity and the oxidative damage. All of these will provide theoretical basis and technical support for the study of the genetic toxicity effects of the PAEs and the protection of the black soil resources.
