中文摘要: 近年来,混合流水车间调度(Hybrid Flowshop Scheduling, HFS)问题在学术和工业界获得了广泛关注和研究。本项目针对钢铁企业铁水调度问题,提炼出柔性工序选择的混合流水车间调度(HFS with Flexible operation selection, HFS-F)问题。结合静态HFS-F问题特征、目标特点、约束条件等,建立问题的数学模型,设计性能良好的问题编码、操作算子、邻域结构和启发式规则,构建结合问题本质特性的高性能算法框架。研究成果将有助于丰富和深化HFS-F理论。

英文摘要: During recent years, hybrid flowshop scheduling problem (HFS) has been researched by more and more people both in academic and industrial applications. In this project, we investigate the problem characteristics of iron-steel production systems. Then, the HFS with flexible operation selection is firstly proposed. For the research of static HFS-F, we combine the problem features, objectives characteristics and constraints to model the considered problem. Then, the efficient encoding mechanism, operators, neighborhood structures and heuristics are developed to construct the efficient algorithm framework with considering the problem features. The research achievements will enhance and improve the theory of the HFS-F.
