中文摘要: 利用高温高压固相反应法,以氮化物、氮氧化物等为研究对象,选择Ce3+、Eu2+、Mn2+ 等激活离子,设计与合成白光LED用新型高效氮化物与氮氧化物等发光材料,探讨它们在不同温度与压力下的形成条件与生长机理,发展它们的关键制备技术,研究它们的组成、结构与发光性能之间的相关性,研究压力对形成氮(氧)化物等发光性能的影响,研究它们的光谱特性和激活离子之间的能量传递机理。在此基础上,将获得的高效发光材料与LED芯片组装出白光LED器件,研究白光LED器件的色温、色坐标等发光性能,进而获得具有自主知识产权的白光LED用新型高效发光材料及新型制备技术。这对我国白光LED照明产业的发展和稀土资源高值化利用具有重要的理论与实际意义。

英文摘要: This project will focus on the design and synthesis of novel nitride and oxynitride phosphors containing Ce3+, Eu2+, Mn2+, or/and othor activators for white LED by using high-temperature high-pressure solid-state-reaction method. We will explore their forming conditions and growth mechanisms under different temperatures and pressures, develop their key preparation technique, study their relationship among composition, structure and properties, research the presure effects on the luminescent properties of the formation of phosphors, and investigate luminescent properties and the mechanisms of the energy transfer between different activators. On this basis, white LED devices will be assembled by using LED chip and the obtained phosphors. We will study the luminescent properties of the white LED devices such as the color temperature and color coordinates, and then achieve novel luminescent materials and preparation technology with independent intellectual property rights. Therefore, it is of theoretical and practical significance for the development of our white LED industry and the high-value utilization of rare earth resources.
