中文摘要: 自动化集装箱码头中岸桥、水平搬运和堆场装卸设备等多类设备,通过协同完成集装箱装卸搬移作业,作业设备之间在时间和空间上的不同步导致设备排队和延迟,甚至碰撞等安全问题,降低了自动化码头的作业效率和资源利用率。本项目从时空同步这一新视角出发,重点研究自动化集装箱码头装卸作业时空同步的分类与作用机理,时空同步程度及其影响;基于排队、缓冲区和动态调度的时空同步策略,建立多层规划模型;基于分时、分区和分级作业,设计模型的分解协调策略,结合分布式和并行计算技术,设计协同进化算法;基于计算实验方法,研究时空同步策略及其对作业工艺和资源配置的影响;并研究在上海洋山港四期自动化码头建设中的应用。本项目通过引入时空同步策略及其建模与优化扩展调度理论;通过考虑时空同步深化对自动化集装箱码头作业工艺和资源配置的研究;通过集成多层规划建模、分解协调策略、协同计算和计算实验,为物流作业系统设计与管理提供新思路和方法。

英文摘要: In automated container terminal, the quay cranes, transport vehicles, yard cranes and other container handling devices are coordinated to handle containers. The non-synchronization in time and space among operating devices causes queuing and delay problems, and even safety problem of collision, degrades the operating efficiency and resource utilization rates. From a new view of spatio-temporal synchronization, the classification and function principles, the degree and its effect of synchronization are studied for the operations of automated container terminal. Based on the spatio-temporal synchronization strategies of queuing, buffering and dynamic scheduling, multi-level programming models are devised. The decomposition and coordination strategies are designed in the views of dividing times, spaces and levels, and co-evolutionary algorithms are developed by using distributed and parallel computation technologies. Based on the computational experiment method, the spatio-temporal synchronization strategies and their effects on the process technologies and resource configuration are studied. Finally, the proposed methods are applied to the fourth terminal of Shanghai Yangsha Port. The spatio-temporal synchronization strategies and their modeling and optimization methods extend the scheduling theory; the researches on the process technologies and resource configuration of automated container terminal are deepened by considering spatio-temporal synchronization; moreover, by integrating multi-level programming modeling method, decomposition and coordination strategies, cooperative computation and computational experiment methods, new research threads and methods are provided for the design and management of logistics operations system.
