中文摘要: 课题以舰船梯形配电网络为对象,研究舰船配电网络规划和电网重构在网络生命力、可靠性和经济性指标下的电能优化管理问题,具体包括舰船梯形配电网络的脆性风险熵分析与评价,电网重构建模及优化算法两个基本科学问题。课题考虑Cyber-physical系统特性,引入脆性风险熵分析,凸逼近模型和模拟物理动态的智能体方法,重点研究:①配电网络分析,研究梯形配电网络的脆性的风险熵评价和演化;②电力系统网络重构建模,研究在Cyber-physical系统特性下的电网重构与服务恢复优化建模问题,包括静态、动态与多智能体模型;③重构算法开发及分析,研究稳态模型下兼顾时间与优化的逼近类算法以及动态模型下的多智能体合作博弈的自组织涌现性算法。 项目研究将为舰船梯形配电网络的脆弱性分析和网络重构优化领域提供理论指导和技术支持,具有重要应用价值。

英文摘要: The project focuses on zonal distribution network, and studies the energy optimization and management issues of ship power distribution network planning and reconfiguration under the network vitality, reliability, and economic indicators. Here, two basic scientific problems include the quantitative analysis of vulnerability of ship zonal distribution network, and the reconfiguration optimization modeling of shipboard power system. The project considers the characteristics of Cyber-physical systems, and introduces risk entropy analysis of vulnerability, convex approximation modeling, and the multi-agent system methods associated with physical dynamics: ①The distribution network analysis. The project introduces risk entropy evaluation and evolutionary analysis of zonal distribution network vulnerability ; ② Shipboard Power System reconfiguration modeling. The project highlights Shipboard Power System reconfiguration and Service recovery optimization modeling with Cyber-physical characteristics, and includes steady-state models, dynamic system models and multi-agent system models; ③ Reconfiguration algorithm development and analysis.
