中文摘要: 为了提高风电并网的安全稳定运行,本项目着眼于风电大规模并网所引起的随机性和间歇性对电力系统动态行为的影响,通过随机微分方程和福克-普朗克方程为基础的数学模型,研究含风电随机激励的电力系统暂态稳定分析的计算框架,探索电力系统非线性随机动力学理论,提出风险分析指标,提高电力系统随机稳定性量化分析算法的功能和速度。本项目在选题和研究目标上的宗旨是"应用价值和理论价值兼顾",重点研究以下关键技术:(1)考虑波动性和间歇性的风电场随机动态等效建模;(2)基于随机微分方程的含风电场暂态稳定时域仿真;(3)基于福克-普朗克方程的含风电场暂态稳定概率密度计算;(4)随机暂态稳定分析实用化技术:包括减少抽样次数算法和改进单机等效技术。项目研究成果将为风电并网的电力系统随机暂态稳定分析提供理论依据和技术支持。

英文摘要: To improve the security operation of power grids with wind energy, this project is oriented to impacts of randomness and intermittence induced by wind farms on power system dynamic behaviors, establishes the computational framework for power system transient stability analysis with wind stochastic excitation through stochastic differential equations(SDE) and fokker-planck equations (FPE), investigates the theory of nonlinear stochastic dynamics for power system, proposes the indexes for risk evaluation, improves the features and computational efficiency of quantitative analysis for power system stochastic stability. This project aims to find the balance of the interests between the fundamental theory and industrial applications, focuses on the key techniques as follows, including (1) stochastic dynamic equivalence modeling considering randomness and intermittence; (2) SDE-based time-domain simulation of transient stability with wind farms; (3) FPE-based probability density function(PDF) evolution of transient stability with wind farms; (4) practical techniques for stochastic transient stability analysis, such as reduction algorithms for sampling and the single-machine equivalent (SIME) algorithm .The results yield by this project will provide the theoretical basis and technical supports for stochastic power
