中文摘要: 如何在确保安全前提下优化煤矿生产物流系统资源配置,提升煤矿安全生产的持续稳定性进而提高煤矿经济效益,是煤炭行业亟待解决的现实问题。本项目面向煤矿生产物流系统提出一种安全资源配置逆优化的理论及实现方法,采用支持向量回归机和计算智能构建并求解动态时变、强非线性过程的逆优化模型,在满足安全目标条件下调整资源配置使当前安全状态由可行解变为最优解。项目内容包括: (1)煤矿生产物流系统总体安全状态及安全目标函数确定; (2)煤矿生产物流系统资源与安全状态作用机理分析; (3)煤矿生产物流系统安全资源配置逆优化实现; (4)仿真分析与实证研究。 与侧重改变子系统安全状态的一般优化问题相比,本项目从逆优化角度调整资源配置使当前安全状态成为最优,对煤炭行业而言更具现实意义。项目成果不仅可拓展资源优化的理论研究范畴,而且为改善我国日趋严峻的煤矿安全形势,安全高效、可持续地开发煤炭资源提供决策和实现方法支持。

英文摘要: It is a problem to be solved urgently in the coal industry as to, under the preconditions of ensuring safety, how to optimize the resource allocation of the logistics system of coal mine production and enhance the continual stability of safe production of coal mines so that the profits of coal mines can be increased. This research, in the interests of the logistics system of coal mine production, proposes a reverse optimization theory and method of safety resource allocation. It adopts SVM and computer intelligence methods to build and solve reverse optimization model with the dynamic time-varying and nonlinear process. Then under the condition of meeting safety targets, resource allocation is adjusted so that the current safety status may be changed into the best status. The contents of the research are as follows: (1)Indentification of safety status and safety function of production logistics system in coal mines; (2)Mechanism analysis of resource and safety status of production logistics system in coal mines; (3)Reverse optimization of safety resource allocation of production logistics system in coal mines; (4)Simulation analysis and empirical research.
