中文摘要: 大规模分布式能源(DER)将持续渗透到智能配电网中,电网由此产生的各种不可预测的因素,以及多种控制约束在时间和空间尺度上相互叠加,使得智能配电网成为相互耦合的强非线性复杂系统。现有的集中式控制策略,被动网络管控模式将不再适用于未来富含DER的配电网运行与管理。因此,研究建立一种新的适用于智能配电网的主动网络管理控制体系,实现局部主动控制与全局决策的时-空协调机制,优化电网运行,具有重要理论和应用价值。 本课题首先研究智能配电网建模及一系列分布式主动控制策略;进而提出基于时-空协调的智能配电网控制决策系统的原理与实现方法,使得多种控制策略,在时间尺度以及电网不同节点控制需求之间,实现主动合作、冲突仲裁等功能;在此基础上研究基于"功率硬件在环"的实时仿真方法,依据仿真结果,验证并优化上述理论成果。研究成果将为配电网主动网络管理发展与创新提供理论和技术支持,有效增强电网运行安全性和可靠性。

英文摘要: Smart distribution networks will be continuously penetrated by significant levels of distributed energy resources (DERs) in the near future. Various unpredictable issues with multiple system constraints will bring aggregated effects on time and space domains within smart distribution networks. The smart distribution systems will become coupled nonlinear complex systems. Centralized control strategies and passive network management currently employed will not suitable for smart distribution network operation and management. Therefore, a novel active network management (ANM) infrastructure which can realize time-space coordination between local active control and global decision on smart distribution networks has important theoretical and practical values. In order to fulfill the requirements of the smart distribution network development, this project will carry out research on smart distribution network modeling and active control strategies. And a novel online decision system for smart distribution networks will be put forward based on time-space coordination. This approach will realize coordination regarding cooperation and arbitration between different control strategies, various temporal network control issues and control obligations at distinct network locations.
