中文摘要: 仿蝇类扑翼微飞行器由于其自身尺寸小,机动性好,在军事、救灾、勘探等领域都有广阔的应用前景。本项目拟对基于"click"机构的仿蝇类扑翼微飞行器传动系统的动力学特性进行理论分析和物理实验两方面的研究。针对双翅目昆虫仿生学的分析和扑翼飞行阻尼特性的探讨,建立该仿生传动系统的非线性动力学模型。采用理论分析和数值计算的手段,分析系统的时域和频域动力学响应、非线性特性、翅翼拍动频率与升力、阻力的关系以及系统的功率消耗特点。在基于仿生学相似律分析的基础上,设计出基于"click"机构的仿蝇类扑翼微飞行器的传动机构,使用精密机械加工制造工艺制作相应的实验装置。测量该机构的升力和阻力等力学特性,采用高速摄影和PIV等技术获得机构的扑翼运动特性。综合比较不同仿生机械传动系统的动力学特性、扑翼频率和功率需求的关系,揭示不同系统的内在特征和适用范围,为进一步设计和研制新型扑翼微飞行器提供基本的理论和实验支持。

英文摘要: Compared with the traditional micro air vehicle, the fly-like flapping wing micro air vehicle has many advantages, such as small size, maneuverability, etc. In military, disaster relief, exploration and other fields, the fly-like flapping wing micro air vehicle may have prospects for broad application. In this project a theoretical and experimental investigation of the transmission system of the flying-like flapping wing micro air vehicle, which is based on the "click" mechanism, will be carried out. By biomimetic analysis of diptera insects and damping characteristics of the flapping flight, a nonlinear dynamic model of this kind of biomimetic transmission system will be established. The time history, frequency response curves, nonlinear characteristics, relationship between the flapping frequency, lift and damping force, and power requirements of a biomimetic transmission system will be analyzed by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The "click" transmission mechanism of the fly-like flapping wing micro air vehicle will be designed basing on biomimetic scale law analysis. The experimental system will be fabricated by using precision machining technology.
