中文摘要: 碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料因其轻质高强的优势而被广泛应用于军事、航空航天及民用领域。然而,由于碳纤维和树脂基体之间界面结合比较弱,载荷不能有效地由基体向增强体传递而影响了碳纤维性能的发挥。针对于这一难题,我们在前期的研究基础上,提出了利用化学的方法将比表面积大,性能优异的氧化石墨烯接枝到碳纤维表面,原位合成多尺度树脂基复合材料,大幅度提高复合材料的界面性能。研究接枝工艺对接枝氧化石墨烯密度及形貌的影响规律,确定氧化石墨烯和碳纤维之间的键合本质,诠释原位合成多尺度复合材料的合成机理。利用实验和模拟的方法探讨该多尺度复合材料的界面增强机理,为该高性能多尺度复合材料的应用提供理论基础。

英文摘要: Carbon fiber reinforced epoxy matrix composites have been widely applied in military and industrial areas due to their light weight and high performance. However, the interfacial properties between carbon fiber and resin matrix are weak so that the load could not effectively transfer from matrix to reinforcement. The carbon fiber dose not exert its advantage of the excellent mechanical properties to the most. Based on the previous research results,here we propose to chemically graft graphene oxide with high specific surface area onto carbon fiber using a chemical method, and in-situ synthesize the hierarchical composites. This could remarkably improve the interfacial propertise between carbon fiber and epoxy. The effect of grafting conditions on the density and morphology of grafted graphene oxide will be explored. The in-situ sythesis of hierarchical composite will be digged up. The enhancement mechanism of such hierarchical composite will be studied experimentally and simulatingly. This study will provide theoritical basis for hierarchical composite application.
