中文摘要: 丁苯橡胶及其共混物导热的研究对于开发高性能轮胎和提升国产轮胎国际竞争力具有迫切性和关键性。石墨烯、碳纳米管等新型碳填料填充改性丁苯橡胶,可望在提高轮胎胎面胶导热性能和力学性能方面发挥巨大作用。本项目将从开发高导热性橡胶的角度出发,针对新型碳填料填充丁苯橡胶及其共混物中组成、结构与导热性能、动态力学性能的关系等关键科学问题,系统地研究新型碳填料的可控制备与改性、填充丁苯橡胶及其共混物的制备方法,研究新型碳填料对于硫化胶结构与性能的影响、硫化胶导热性能的影响因素及控制方法,探讨用有限元分析方法建立导热模型,并在此基础上开展新型碳填料填充的丁苯橡胶及其共混物实际应用于高性能轮胎胎面胶的使用性能研究。其中,研究新型碳填料填充的丁苯橡胶及其共混物的结构与导热性能和动态力学性能的关系,研究填料在丁苯橡胶及其共混物中的取向调控方法,建立基于有限元方法的导热模型,以及探索导热机理等方面具有创新性。

英文摘要: The study on thermal conductivity of styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) and its blends is critical and desirable for the development of high performance tires and to strengthen the international core competency of domestic tires. The modification of SBR by novel carbon fillers such as graphene and carbon nanotubes should be of great potential in improving the thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of rubbers for tire tread. This project aims to explore the relationships among composition, structure, thermal conductivity and dynamic mechanical properties of novel carbon filler modified SBR and its blends for developing highly thermally conductive rubbers for tires. The controllable preparation and modification of novel carbon fillers, the preparation methods of SBR and its blends, the effects of novel carbon fillers on the structure and properties of SBR vulcanizates, the influencing factors and controlling methods of thermal conductivity of SBR vulcanizates, and the establishment of thermal conductivity models by finite element method (FEM) will be studied. The application properties of novel carbon filler modified SBR and its blends for high performance tire tread will be studied.
