中文摘要: 云制造是新兴信息技术与制造业相结合所产生的一种新型制造模式。实体制造资源通过云制造平台线上使用权交易,线下生产制造,能够实现分散异址制造资源的有效整合,对我国制造业由大做强具有至关重要的意义。本项目总结了云制造资源调度具有在线和异址两大特点,探索云制造资源特点对调度理论的影响,首先从云制造资源可用性预先获知的情形对应的含有多个不可用时段的平行机调度问题入手,然后拓展研究云制造资源在线调度机理以及对应的在线机器调度问题,最后研究云制造资源异址性对应的异址机器生产配送协同优化调度问题。对局部确定性问题采用数学建模方法,对全局不确定性问题采用多Agent系统建模方法,并通过两种方法的有机结合实现对云制造资源的在线实时调度。本项目突破现有经典调度问题关于机器同址且数量固定的假设前提,研究新型云制造模式具体特点对调度理论的冲击和创新,因此具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。

英文摘要: Cloud manufacturing is a new kind of manufacturing mode emerging from the combination of newly developed information technology and manufacturing. It has the vital significance to improve our manufacturing that entity manufacturing resources can achieve the effective integration of the dispersed and different address manufacturing resources through the online usufruct transactions of the cloud manufacturing platform and the offline manufacturing.This project summarizes that cloud manufacturing resource scheduling has the two characteristics of online and different address, and explores the influence of the cloud manufacturing resources' characteristics to the scheduling theory.We start the expand researches of the cloud manufacturing resources online scheduling mechanism and the corresponding online machine scheduling problem, different address machine production-distribution coordination optimization scheduling problem corresponding to the cloud manufacturing resources different address form the parallel machine scheduling problem containing multiple unavailable Intervale corresponding to the knowing in advance from the cloud manufacturing resource availability. Then we implement the cloud manufacturing resources online real-time scheduling through the organic combination of the mathematical modeling method for the local certainty problem and the multi-Agent system modeling method for the global uncertainty problem.This project researches on the shock and innovation from the new type of cloud manufacturing mode's specific characteristics to the scheduling theory breaking through the premise of fixed quantity and in-place machine in the existing classical scheduling problem.
