中文摘要: 手性配体的设计合成研究是当前研究不对称催化的一个重要挑战性研究领域。手性卡宾配体作为一类特殊性质的配体,与传统氮膦等配体具有不同的配位性质。目前所报道的手性卡宾配体主要集中在环内氮原子中心处于同平面环境的咪唑和三氮唑骨架。而卡宾环内杂原子中心处于非平面的手性骨架新型卡宾配体从未有研究。另一方面,手性硫化合物在药物化学中广泛应用,利用无恶臭稳定廉价硫化试剂作为硫源,发展不对称催化的硫化学体系非常有必要。本研究将致力于发展新型含手性亚砜骨架的卡宾配体,利用该新型卡宾配体的性质,将其应用于不对称催化的硫化转化中,从而有效构建含手性硫的活性分子。

英文摘要: The design and synthesis of chiral ligands is an important and challenging field in asymmetric catalysis. N-Heterocyclic carbene ligand, as a kind of special ligand, their properties of chelate is different from the N, P ligands. The nitrogen centers of the imidazole and triazole carbene ligands which have reported in present are in a perfectly planar environment. The chiral carbene ligands which are not a planar environment in the heterocyclic have never been reported. On the other hand, the chiral surfer compounds widely exist in pharmaceuticals. It is necessity to develop the asymmetric sulfur chemistry using the odorless, cheap and stable sulfur source. This project aims to develop novel chiral carbene ligands which have a chiral sulfoxide structure, and using the carbene ligands for the asymmetric sulfur chemistry to synthesize chiral sulfur-containing active molecules.
