中文摘要: 开关磁阻电机因其优良的起动性能和高可靠性在多电机同步驱动系统中拥有广阔的应用前景,但是对其同步控制研究还处于起步阶段,加之其自身电磁关系高度非线性,在多开关磁阻电机同步系统建模、性能分析和控制方面还需进行深入研究。本项目综合考虑系统内部参数变化和外部负载扰动的影响,从提高系统同步精度以及电机跟踪精度两方面入手,研究多开关磁阻电机的高性能同步协调控制,并探究转子位置估计算法和无位置传感器同步控制问题。首先采用直接转矩控制和自抗扰控制技术相结合的方法,提高转矩动态响应和平滑性,实现内外扰动情况下单电机的高精度转速跟踪控制;在此基础上,结合虚拟主轴法和电子凸轮曲线规划,简化传动轴间的非线性耦合关系,优化多轴同步运动控制模型,研究多开关磁阻电机的高性能同步算法;最后,设计并应用一种双层结构的转子位置估算方法,探究开关磁阻电机的连续位置估计和多电机同步驱动系统的无位置传感器控制。

英文摘要: Switched reluctance motor (SRM) has broad application prospects in multi-motor synchronization system for its excellent starting performance and high reliability. However, in-depth research is required in synchronization performance analysis and control, because the research is still in its infancy and the electromagnetic relationship is highly nonlinear. This project aims to study the synchronization control of multi-SRM system and explore the estimation of rotor position and sensor-less control, with the consideration of internal parameter variations and external load disturbance. First of all, high-performance speed tracking control and improvement of torque dynamics and smoothness under internal and external disturbance is realized by combining torque control and auto disturbance rejection control. Secondly, the multi-SRM synchronization control is studied by combining the virtual line shaft method and electronic CAM. The nonlinear coupling relationship between transmission shafts is simplified, and the control model of synchronization motion is optimized. Finally, a rotor position estimation method with two-level structure is designed and applied. The continuous position estimation method and sensor-less control of multi-SRM synchronization system is studied. This project intends to have an in-depth theoretical research on the problem of high-performance multi-SRM synchronization control, and provides technical support for the promotion and application of such motors.
