中文摘要: 以复杂多环耦合机构(含平面和空间)为核心机构的大型复杂重载机械装备在现代社会得到广泛应用,而研制具有自主产权的新装备是"中国制造"走向"中国创造"的根本。 本项目将建立以数字化为特色的复杂多环耦合机构的结构综合理论,并以此理论为基础创建大型复杂重载机械装备的概念创新设计理论。首先,以螺旋理论和申请人业已建立的平面机构数字化拓扑理论为基础,建立复杂多环耦合机构的新拓扑模型和数字化拓扑理论。然后,在空间并联机构结构综合和平面运动链结构综合理论的基础上,建立复杂多环耦合机构结构的数字化综合理论。最后,在对机构拓扑性能指标和分类图谱库研究的基础上,建立一套系统的集设计要求、自动综合和性能指标为一体的大型重载机械装备的概念创新设计理论体系。 本项目的研究将有力推动以数字化为特色的复杂多环耦合机构结构综合理论的发展,并为大型复杂重载机械装备的创新设计和具有自主产权的新机型的研发奠定重要基础。

英文摘要: Large complex heavy-load mechanical equipment with complex polycyclic coupling mechanisms (planar or spatial) as the cores has gained broad applications in modern society. The development of such new equipment with proprietary intellectual property rights is the pivot for our coutry to transform from 'Made in China' to 'Invented in China'. The project intends to found a digital structural synthesis theory for complex polycyclic coupling mechanisms, and based on the theory develop a conceptual innovation design theory for large complex heavy-load mechanical equipment. First,on the basis of the screw theory and the planar mechanism digital topology theory which the applicant has already established,the new topological models and the digital topology theory for complex polycyclic coupling mechanisms will be built. Then,the digital structural synthesis theory for complex polycyclic coupling mechanisms will be developed on the structural synthesis theories for spatial parallel mechanisms and planar kinematic chains. Finally, on the study of the indices of the topological performance of the mechanisms and the classification atlas database,a systematic conceptual innovation design theory will be constructed for large complex heavy-load mechanical equipment, which is featured by the integration of design requirement, au
