中文摘要: 棕黑疣螈种组(Tylototriton verrucosus group),为亚洲特有,部分物种形态结构保守和趋同,为分类和亲缘关系研究较为困难的类群。申请人前期研究发现:1.棕黑疣螈种组在中国西南地区有两个新的物种,但是其分类地位及与其他本种组内的其他物种的亲缘关系有待进一步研究;2.更新世气候的波动是造成红瘰疣螈种群分化的原因,而古水系的变迁对于种群的遗传结构没有影响,但是相关地质历史事件对于本种组其他物种的分化机制亟待深入研究。本研究拟利用形态学、基于线粒体基因组全序列的分子系统学及群体遗传学等手段来澄清棕黑疣螈种组的分类问题;在上述基础上准确的还原种组下的系统演化关系,估算各谱系的分化时间,结合生物地理学分析,全面深入地探讨棕黑疣螈种组的进化历史及多样性分布格局形成机制,进而揭示板块构造运动和历史气候事件在物种形成和演化的影响。本研究对认识棕黑疣螈种组的物种的形成与分化具有重要的意义

英文摘要: Tylototriton verrucosus group is endemic to Asia. Identifying species and inferring evolutionary history is challenging for some species of Tylototriton verrucosus group, in part because of morphological conservation and associated homoplasy. Our preliminary results based on morphological and molecular data suggested that:(1)two novel species were distributed in southwest China,but the phylogenetic relationship between the species in Tylototriton verrucosus group need to be confirmed by further investigation.(2)Climate ossiliation during the Pleistocene have triggered the intra-specific divergence of T. shanjing, however, the paleodrainage system had no contribution to the current genetic structure for this salamander.Hence,the relationship between the past geological evenes and speciation and divergence in other species in this group need to be further research. Using extensive taxa sampling strategy, morphological analysis,a multiple gene and mitochondiral genome phylogeny apporach, the aims of this project are: (1) To inventory the spcies diversity of Tylototriton verrucosus group (2)Dating the lineage divergence and elucidate the phylogenetic relationships between spcies in this group (3)To discuss the machanism of evolutionary history and diversity distribution pattern, and disclose the role of relavant past geological events in shaping the spcieation and evolution process. This project will provide training for at least two graduate students, and will certianly contribute to understanding of the speciation and divergence machanism of the Tylototriton verrucosus group
