中文摘要: 杉藻目(Gigartinales)是红藻门(Rhodophyta)最大的目。广泛分布于我国暖温带、亚热带和热带沿海。该目很多种外部形态变异很大、种的区分很困难;很多科、属、种的分类地位尚未确定,还没有建立一个妥当的分类系统,被专家学者认为是最有争议的目。 本研究采用分子系统学、比较基因组学等不同分子标记手段和方法利用rbcL、18SrRNA(SSU)、Cox1、28SrRNA、ITS等基因建立分子系统树,对我国产的杉藻目各科、属的亲缘关系、系统演化、种的遗传多样性等进行系统分析;对藻体的形态结构、果孢子体的发育特征、类型等进行详细观察;追踪生活史各阶段的形态变化,进行比较研究。 通过形态学和分子系统学的结合,确定新种、新纪录、新组合,明确各种的分类学位置,建立更加妥当、科学的分类系统。对杉藻目海藻多样性及分类研究做出贡献。为该目海藻的育苗、养殖、种质资源管理及可持续利用提供理论依据。

英文摘要: Gigartinales ,widely distributed in temperate、subtropic or tropical waters, is the largest order of the Rhodophyta. Due to many variations in external feature of many species difficult to classify, the taxonomy position for many families, genera and species in Gigartinales are still not established and no proper classification system was established, the Gigartinales is regarded as one of the most controversial order in Rhodophyta. In the present study, phylogenentic analysis about various branches of genetic relationship, system evolution, genetic diversity of species were made about all families and genera of Gigartinales from China using different molecular marker means and methods including molecular systematics, comparative genomics by rbcL、18SrRNA(SSU)、Cox1、28S rRNA、ITS genes. At the same time, the morphological structure of algae, the phylogenetic features and types of carposporophyte, comparative studies about changes in each stage of the life history were also studied. Through the combination of morphology observations and molecular systematic, the new species, new records and new combinations will be determined, the taxonomic positions of varieties, proper, scientific classification system of Gigartinales will be established.
