中文摘要: 名牌产品供应链环境问题的复杂性和特殊性给其治理带来极大挑战,并使得相关管理科学问题的研究需重视多主体行为交互及环境的动态性。本项目采用实证调研与数理分析相结合,系统地识别名牌产品供应链不良环境行为的影响要素及作用机理,深入探讨链上企业主体的环境决策行为与决策规则,进而结合行为科学、演化理论和复杂适应系统理论的主要思想,采用计算实验方法,微观行为与宏观结构相结合,虚系统与实系统相结合,研究链结构变化、参与主体属性和行为变化、环境信息披露、链责任归属等对名牌产品供应链不良环境行为形成演变规律的影响,探究名牌产品企业的供应链环境管理策略和政府科学的治理策略等。本项目综合考虑名牌产品供应链环境问题的复杂性和特殊性,结合实证调研、数理分析与计算实验等方法分析其不良环境行为,是供应链环境管理研究的创新,不仅对促进相关学科的交叉研究具有重要的理论意义,而且对增强供应链环境治理能力具有重要的实践价值。

英文摘要: The environmental problems of famous-brand products supply chain show great complexity and particularity, which brought great challenge to the governance. Thus, more attentions should be put on the interactive behavior of multi-agent and and the environmental dynamics. This project combine empirical research and mathematical analysis, systematically identify the key factors and their mechanism of famous-brand products supply chain, deeply discuss the environmental decision-making behavior and decision-making rules of the enterprises on the chain. Then, synthetically integrating behavioral science, evolutionary theory and the main ideas of complex adaptive systems theory, this project takes computational experiment method to study how the change of supply chain structure, and the change of participants nature and behavior, and environmental information disclosure, and attributions of chain liability affect the formation and evolution of bad environmental behavior of famous-brand products with the combining of micro behavior and macro economy and the combining of virtual systems and real systems, finally explore the environmental management strategy of supply chain for famous-brand products enterprises, and scientific governance policies of the government. This project considers the complexity and particularity of famous-brand products supply chain, and analyzes the bad behavior comprehensively using the method of empirical research, mathematical analysis and computational experiment, which is an important innovation in the fields of the environmental management of supply chain. It has important theoretical value and practical significance to facilitate interdisciplinary research of relevant disciplines, and to enhance the environmental governance capability of supply chain respectively.
