中文摘要: 针对智能凝胶中如何构筑多维梯度结构、如何制备有梯度结构的多维材料、如何控制局部梯度的三个普遍难题,拟以磁场为手段,以磁性纳米粒子(MNP)为载体,将各种梯度单元引入至粘土/聚合物纳米复合凝胶中,构筑多维梯度结构。在外部磁场作用下,磁性梯度单元在NC凝胶中形成梯度分布,得到一系列含有多维梯度结构,局部梯度结构的一维条状、二维片状和三维体状的智能凝胶材料。这些梯度单元及梯度结构直接影响智能凝胶在热、pH值、光等刺激下的响应形状。通过控制梯度单元及梯度结构,精确调控凝胶的响应形变过程,如弯曲曲率、表面凹凸性、对称性等。在此基础上,建立不同梯度单元、多维梯度结构与响应形变过程间的理论模型,根据所需响应行为指导梯度结构设计,根据梯度单元及结构预测响应形变过程,为今后合成其它梯度单元和结构的材料提供借鉴与指导。将不同梯度单元构成的梯度结构整合至一种凝胶材料中,以设计实现复杂形变行为及仿生形变行为。

英文摘要: There are three difficulties in the researches of intelligent gel materials: how to build multi-dimensional gradient structure, how to prepare multi-dimensional materials with gradients, how to control local gradient. We plan to solve these problems by introducing different gradient units into clay/polymer nanocomposite hydrogels using magnetic nanoparticles (MNP) as carriers under the existence of external magnetic field. The magnetic gradient units form gradient structures, and a series of smart gels with multi-dimensional gradients or local gradients will be obtained. The gradient units and structures directly affects the responsive shaping process of gels, such as curvature and symmetry, etc..Then, the theorical model will be built. Based on the model, the needed responsive behavior guide the designing of gradient structure, and the gradient units will be used to predict the responsive shaping process. The model and experiences can be referred for the preparation of materials containing other gradient units and structure in future. Different gradient units will be inserted in the same gel material to design and realize complicated shaping behavior and bomimic shaping behavior.
