中文摘要: 本项目针对大惯量、大冲击、大载荷重载操作装备,通过机理分析、数字建模、数值仿真与实验验证相结合的途径,突破重载操作装备多维时变大载荷动态测量关键技术,揭示极端载荷条件下多自由度重载操作装备的力学行为与动态响应规律,研究温度和冲击恶劣工况对测力传感器系统的影响规律,依据压电石英晶体高刚度、高灵敏度、高固有频率、高稳定性和低阻尼的特点,提出重载、强冲击条件下基于压电效应的六维大力在线测量原理和方法,研究基于并联结构原理的六维大力测量多力敏元件分布结构与解耦方法,设计并研制压电式六维大力传感器,解决大承载能力和六维力测量之间的矛盾,提高重载大惯量操作装备的动态特性和控制精度,为实现重载、强冲击条件下重载操作装备设计、制造与力反馈控制提供科学依据和技术基础。

英文摘要: Aiming at huge heavy load manipulators with huge inertia, heavy impact, and big load, this project is to break through dynamic measurement key technologies of multi-dimensional time-vary heavy load on huge heavy load manipulators, to reveal mechanical behavior and dynamic response rule for huge heavy load manipulator's actuator in extreme loading conditions, and to research influence principle of force measuring sensor system under conditions of temperature and impact, by using ways of mechanism analysis, numerical modeling, numerical simulation and experimental validation. According to piezoelectric quartz crystal's characteristics with high stiffness, high sensitivity, good natural frequency, high stability and low damping, the online measuring principle and method on six-dimensional heavy load based on piezoelectric effect in conditions of heavy load and big impact are presented. The multi force sensing elements spatial layout and decoupling method for measurement of six-dimensional heavy force based on parallel load sharing principle will be researched. Six-dimensional heavy force sensor based on piezolelectric and parallel structure type will be designed and fabricated to solve conflict between heavy load capability and six-dimensional force measurement.
