中文摘要: 研究实际大气中存在的非Kolmogorov湍流统计特征,提高和发展我国低平流层下大气光学湍流预测预报能力,具有重要的科学研究价值和重大的国家应用需求。本项目以探空作为实验平台,测量不同空间距离的结构函数、温度起伏谱幂率廓线、光学湍流强度Cn2 廓线和常规气象参数廓线。通过结构函数和谱分析方法,研究实际大气不同区域出现非Kolmogorov湍流的统计特征,得到反映非Kolmogorov湍流特征的湍流谱模式和湍流强度;通过光学湍流参数化新方法研究,实现用常规气象探空数据估算片状层光学湍流强度,并将湍流参数化方程耦合到中尺度天气预报模式中,使获得具有较高时空分辨率的、可视化的、模式预报的光学湍流时空分布图成为可能。为不同应用场景下的湍流效应数值计算提供更加完善的湍流模式,这不仅促进人们对湍流本身规律的进一步认识,而且对激光传输、激光通讯、光学成像、自适应光学等应用领域研究都具有十分重要的意义。

英文摘要: The investigation of non-Kolmogorov atmospheric turbulent statistical characteristic, and to develop and improve capability of optical turbulence forecasting applications, has important scientific research value and significant national requirement. This research aims at investigating non-Kolmogorov turbulence statistical characteristic and atmospheric optical turbulent parametrization under lower stratosphere,based on analysis of the profile of temperature structure function, the power law for the spectrum of the temperature fluctuations,Cn2,and meteorological parameters measured by balloon- borne platform. Such information should be available to calculate effects of turbulence on wave propagation for the different scenarios. To convert standard radiosonde data into vertical profiles of Cn2,especially thin,elongated turbulent layers(pancakes),parametrization of optical turbulence for the tropopause and the lower stratosphere regions should be developed. This parametrization scheme would be used to predict optical turbulence in the current forecast models to produce three-dimensional Cn2 maps in future. The research stated above have potential application in the areas of laser propagation ,optical imaging,Adaptive Optics,and in ground-based astronomy site testing.
