中文摘要: 时间、空间基准是卫星导航系统的核心参数。各个卫星导航系统的时空基准各不相同,从而保证系统的独立性。为提高系统的应用水平,卫星系统之间互相补充、兼容与互操作已经成为卫星导航应用的趋势。本课题研究多卫星导航系统时空基准统一的理论和方法,实现高精度多模GNSS系统的综合数据处理。课题基于多模观测网络的数据,研究不同GNSS系统观测值的特性及其之间的偏差。建立多卫星导航系统时空基准统一的函数模型,研究海量参数下的高精度、快速解算方法。研究卫星动力学及姿态模型建立、精化的方法,建立适用于我国卫星导航系统的相应模型。本项目的研究成果将突破多模GNSS数据处理的关键技术,提高卫星导航系统数据分析的高精度。同时也将为北斗系统时空基准的建设提供参考。

英文摘要: The time system and reference frame are two fundemantal parameters of a satellite navigation system, which are, however, different for each satellite system. With their rapid development,the inter-compatibility and inter-operability of GNSS systems have become one of the critical requirements for user applications.The inclusion of more satellites results in better dilution of precision for user positioning and consequently improves their positioning accuracy.To achieve the improved performance,the difference of satellite system time and reference frame has to be resolved. We propose to study the theory and method for the realization of integrated spatial and temporal frames in Multi-GNSS data analysis.Under the theory of unique spatial and temporal frame,users can process observations from different GNSS system in the same way as they were from the same system.The biases of different observation types will be studies and their influences on the GNSS spatial and temporal frames will be investigated. To further improve the accuracy of GNSS products, the orbit dynamics and satellite attitude model will be investigated and new models will be derived for the Compass and Galileo systems.
