中文摘要: 生态流量是保障湿地系统健康、维系服务功能的关键因素。由于生态流量不足而造成湿地系统服务功能退化已引起广泛关注。目前聚焦单要素的生态流量或简单阈值难以满足生态系统整体需求。本项目从湿地生态流量过程与服务功能这一整体性指标的内在关联切入,以白洋淀湿地为例,采用原位监测、数理统计、能值分析、不确定性分析等手段开展面向湿地服务功能维持的生态流量阈值研究。从生态流量的量质、时空属性多维角度,厘定湿地生态流量的谱系结构,定量分析湿地生态流量过程、驱动机制及变化趋势,研究不同生态流量变化条件下湿地服务功能的能值流动及其通量,阐明服务功能响应时空格局与演变规律,揭示湿地生态流量关键要素对重要服务功能的影响机制,确定维护湿地生态服务功能的生态流量阈值范围,提出维持和增强湿地服务功能的生态流量优化管理策略与保障机制,为湿地生态流量管理与调控提供范式。

英文摘要: Environmental flow is one of the most important factors for the wetlands ecosystem health and services & functioning maintenance, and wetland degradation resulting from the insufficiency of environmental flows has aroused widespread concern. Implementation of environmental flows for meeting the threshold of single component could not ensure the ecosystem sustainability. In this proposal, using Baiyangdian Weltand as a case study, we will analyze the potential interrelationships between environmental flows and ecosystem services & functioning by using the means of in situ monitoring, mathematical statistics, emergy analysis, and uncertainty analysis, in order to reveal the environmental flow thresholds. Firstly, the components of environmental flows will be analyzed to determine the environmental flows spectrum for wetlands; secondly, the ecosystem services & functioning of the wetlands will be evaluated based on the emergy analysis and ecological network analysis, and then sorted and screened out the main types of the ecosystem services & functioning. And then we could discuss the magnitude, amplitude and sensitivity of influence on ecosystem services and function by changing environmental flows, revealing the response mechanism between of them.
