中文摘要: 气动加热与舱内高能密度的电子仪器散热是威胁飞行器热安全的重要因素。相变材料储热系统作为一种重要的热管理手段,是保障飞行器防热结构热安全及舱内仪器设备有效运行,从而确保飞行安全的关键系统。项目针对飞行器减重增效的新要求及对热管理用复合相变材料防/隔热及温控特性的精细化效预测需求,研究新型多孔基体复合相变材料多物理场耦合的传热传质机理及其储/释热特性。通过项目的研究,揭示多孔基体复合相变材料液/固相变与多孔介质热质传递耦合的复杂传热传质机制,发展考虑多相体系、非连续介质及非线性特征的传热传质特性预测方法,获得影响材料储热及防隔热性能的主要因素及其作用规律,从而有效提高防隔特性及热管理性能的预测精度,为飞行器高效热管理系统的设计、优化与性能评估,及飞行器热安全性能的提高提供理论依据与技术支撑。相关研究成果在推进多相体系、非连续介质及非线性传热传质所涉及的交叉学科发展方面也具有重要的科学意义。

英文摘要: Thermal management has become more critical for successful design of vehicles due to the severe aerodynamic heating and high-density avionics load.Phase change material(PCMs)-based heat sink is one of the important thermal management means to protect the thermal safety of the structure and ensure the effective operation for avionics. To improve the design accuracy of the phase change material (PCMs)-based thermal management, the thermal protection characteristics of PCMs in porous materials will be studies in this research.The heat and mass transfer mechanisms coupled with liquid/solid phase change will be revealled, the prediction method will be developed and the main influence factors of the flight environment will be obtained. The results of the research will improve the prediction accuracy of the thermal storage characteristics and thermal management performance for PCMs-based thermal management, which will be benificial to the design optimization and performance evaluation for thermal management system. Meanwhile, the related research also has important significance in promoting the development of cross-disciplinary research including multi-phase system , non-continuous media and nonlinear heat and mass transfer characteristics.
