中文摘要: 对广泛存在于空气处理、热能储存等领域的吸收式热质耦合系统的研究,有利于余热回收技术的发展和能源的高效利用。本项目首先分别针对以传热和以传质为目的的吸收式热质耦合过程定义描述工质(对)传热/质能力的传热/质火积,明确热质输运协同机理及其对不同能量存储、转化的作用机制。而后,对工质(对)状态图进行分区,明确不同区域内工质(对)传热传质特性,提出便于在不同优化目标下直观构建系统最优流程的状态分区图分析法。最后针对典型吸收式蓄能系统,采用热力学理论和火积理论分别描述系统中的热力学过程和热质耦合传递过程,确定各过程进出口状态参数与部件结构运行参数间的内在联系,建立不同系统设计需求与系统待设计参数间的直接数学关系,推导满足系统设计需求的优化方程组,获得最优的运行和结构参数分布,从而实现对系统参数的全局优化设计。本项目为吸收式热质耦合系统的分析、设计与优化提供了理论基础和优化方法。

英文摘要: Research of absorption heat and mass transfer systems commonly applied to air handling and thermal energy storage fields is benefit to development of waste heat recovery technologies and efficient utilization of energy. This project first defines the heat transfer entransy and mass transfer entransy to describe the heat and mass transfer ability of working pairs in absorption heat and mass transfer processes, and illustrates the heat and mass transfer synergy mechanism and its impact on energy storage and transformation. Then, the project divides the property diagram of working pairs, describes different heat and mass transfer characteristics between them in each sub-zone, and proposes the zone division property diagram-based layout analysis method which favors the construction of different optimal layouts in different sub-zones. Finally, for typical absorption thermal system, the project analyzes thermodynamic process and coupled heat and mass transfer process based on thermodynamic analysis and entransy analysis, respectively, determines the internal relation between state parameters and structural and operating parameters of devices to establish the mathematical relationship of the user demands with design parameters, derives optimization equation groups focusing on different optimization problem and obtains the optimal allocations of system parameters to achieve global optimization of system. The project supplies the theoretical basis and optimization method to analyze, design and optimize absorption heat and mass transfer systems.
